The 2023 lottery results could have a major impact on the drafts top point guard
One of the most anticipated NBA Draft lotteries in recent memory wrapped up with the San Antonio Spurs winning the rights to select Victor Wembanyama, the best basketball prospect since LeBron James.
Throughout the draft cycle, G League Ignite Point Guard, Scoot Henderson, was the consensus No. 2 prospect in this class, as many believed he was also a generational talent that would be the top pick in any other draft class that did not include Wembanyama. Now, however, that may not be the case. Could Scoot fall down to No. 3? It’s a possibility.
