UPDATED: NBA Mock Draft — All 28 Second-Round Picks after Two Key Deadlines

Two important deadlines have passed. Here is my latest look at the second round

The NBA draft is less than three weeks away!

The NCAA’s deadline to withdraw from the draft is behind us, and NBA prospects Terquavion Smith, Jalen Wilson and Drew Timme decided to return to school.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn reached its deadline decision to defer its rights to a Philadelphia first-round pick to 2023, stemming from the Ben Simmons-James Harden trade.

So after these two deadlines, I’ve made some changes to my mock draft.

This mock draft is based on intel gathered in recent days and weeks, including at the NBA Draft Combine, where I scouted the prospects and talked to NBA execs and scouts.
