Ranking the Top NBA Draft Prospects for 2024

Let's look to the NBA's future — Big Board 1.0 debuts with the top talents from college basketball, the G League and the international game

My first Big Board for 2023-24!

This is a wide open draft without a clearcut No. 1 pick, so expect a lot of changes between now and June.

The 2024 crop is believed to be one of the weaker draft classes in recent memory and without a Tier 1 prospect.

Tier 1 prospects are considered potential superstars, while Tier 2 prospects are potential All-Stars.

This is not a mock draft. When my 2024 Mock Draft debuts, it will project which team will select each prospect. Rather, my Big Board is essentially a consensus ranking from my personal scouting reports.

For now, I am assuming that every draft-eligible prospect will declare for the draft. And of course, most of the top prospects will.

This is just the first edition: Big Board 1.0.

Subsequent editions will capture the fluctuations in draft stock among the top prospects as the season progresses along with intel from NBA sources.
