As we near the end of the college basketball regular season, NBA scouts and personnel have in most cases a minimum of 20 games of film to evaluate draft prospects for the 2023 draft. 

This draft class is loaded with freshmen who are producing, playing significant roles on their teams and solidifying their positions as first rounders. At the same time, a handful of highly touted underclassmen have shown only flashes, leaving NBA scouts scratching their heads — how should these prospects be evaluated for their long-term potential?
