New NBA Mock Draft: The First 14 Picks

My latest predictions kick off Draft Week 2023!

It’s NBA Draft Week — the trade market is cooking and the rumor mill is red-hot!

This mock draft is based on what I’m hearing in conversations with NBA scouts, general managers and agents. It’s not based on what I would do on draft night. 

At this point, barring trades, my level of confidence in the first three picks in the draft is pretty high. After that, things get a little murkier. But I’ll do my best to convey not only which player I believe each team is taking based on intel, but also who else is in the mix at each pick.

Of course, with so much trade talk swirling around, it’s also possible that a number of these picks will be on the move. Where trade talk is happening, I’ll note it.
