With projected first-round pick Terquavion Smith announcing that he is withdrawing from the draft, here is a new and updated look at the first 30 picks.

This mock draft is based on intel gathered at the NBA Draft Combine, where I watched the scrimmages, checked out pro day workouts and talked to as many NBA scouts and executives as possible.
