We're just a day away from the start of the 2023 NBA 2K24 Summer League in Las Vegas, which will feature Victor Wembanyama's highly anticipated debut in a San Antonio Spurs uniform.

Before all 30 NBA teams head to Sin City, the California Classic and the Salt Lake City Summer League served as the appetizer for the main event that will take place on the University of Nevada-Las Vegas campus from the 7th to the 17th of July.

While rookies dominate the headlines, summer league is also where incoming second-year players look to jumpstart their sophomore campaigns.

Here are the five sophomores that stood out in Sacramento, excluding Keegan Murray, who proved to be too good for summer league after averaging 35 points in the Kings' two victories over the Miami Heat and Golden State Warriors.
