Ignas Stombergas Scouting Report
One of Europe’s most intriguing young bigs, Stombergas has the tools to emerge as a sleeper in the 2027 NBA Draft.

Stombergas is an interesting long term prospect who, in my opinion, is one of the better young big men in Europe. He’s coming off a strong FIBA U18 EuroBasket performance, where he averaged 16.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 2.6 blocks and 1.1 steals while shooting an impressive 68% from the field.
His combination of size, strength, mobility and interior skill makes him a prospect worth monitoring closely. Stombergas should have plenty of high major college interest if he decides to pursue the NCAA route, but I also view him as a sneaky NBA prospect who could emerge as a name to monitor for the 2027 NBA Draft.
