From lottery-bound stars to unsung prospects, this weekend had it all.
It was another thrilling weekend of college basketball, filled with performances that both solidified some players’ draft stock and elevated others into the conversation. While much of the country was glued to the AFC and NFC championship games, I spent my Sunday breaking down live action and diving deep into the film to spotlight some of the best performances from NBA draft prospects. The weekend showcased a range of talent—projected lottery picks proving why they’re at the top, and under-the-radar names making a strong case to get noticed.
Whether it’s a breakout game or consistent dominance, these performances are worth tracking as we inch closer to the 2025 NBA Draft.

Cooper Flagg continues to make it clear why he’s the best player in college basketball, and his performance against Wake Forest on Saturday was another reminder of his dominance. Flagg put up 24 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists on 8-for-16 shooting, leading Duke to a gritty 63-56 win. It wasn’t a perfect outing—Flagg committed 7 turnovers and struggled from deep, hitting just 1 of his 6 three-point attempts—but his ability to take over the game in crunch time and his impact on both ends of the floor solidified his status as the National Player of the Year front-runner.
