2025 NBA Draft Tracker: Who’s In, Who’s Testing, and Who’s Transferring
Tracking Early Entries, Testing-the-Waters Prospects, and the NIL-Driven Returners
We are officially in the thick of NBA Draft season. Players have reported to their pre-draft training destinations—whether it’s New York, Miami, California, or Arizona—and the draft board is slowly starting to take shape. A few of the elite names, like Cooper Flagg, Ace Bailey and Khaman Maluach, have yet to make their decisions official, but between early declarations, players testing the waters, and transfer portal shake-ups, it’s already been a whirlwind.
NIL has completely shifted the landscape—so much so that we’ve seen potential first-rounders, even top-30 level talents, opt to return to school without even testing the waters.
Case in point: Texas Tech’s JT Toppin, who reportedly landed a $4 million NIL deal to come back. That alone shows we’re in uncharted territory.
This article serves as your go-to tracker for where things stand right now. I’ll keep updating as more decisions roll in, but we’re starting with the headliners—prospects I believe have first-round buzz and who’ve made it clear: they’re done with college basketball and officially all-in on the 2025 NBA Draft.
