He dives into his methodology, why rookies like Cade Cunningham, Jalen Green and Scottie Barnes were ranked ahead of current All-Stars and why Trae Young may not quite be the superstar so many believe him to be.

He also discusses France's Victor Wembanyama -- a 17-year-old from France who isn't draft eligible until 2023 -- who would've ranked very high had he been eligible for this ranking.
